EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Should you need to return your purchase, you have from the first day only that you receive your order to arrange your exchange or return by requesting (RMA) In order to facilitate the return of your items you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing us the first day of receiving your order. All returns for any particular order need to be returned on one shipment.
All items must be returned new, unused and with all ELLURECOUTURE and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer. No return, exchange, or refund will be issued on all shoes. Once an order has been placed you have accepted these terms and conditions.
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your ELLURECOUTURE account. Due to Covid-19 no returns will be accepted as of April 2, 2020 until further notice on the returns policy.
Your purchase should be sent back to us within 1 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period may NOT be accepted.
Please take care trying on items as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all ELLURECOUTURE and designer garment tags still attached. Please note depending on your location some of our merchandise ships
from our luxury partners and there for in some cases might not come with our tags, but other designer tags depends on the brand.
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit to your ELLURECOUTURE account.
